We spent a lot of our weekends at Cosi in January and sledding. Columbus received quite the snowfall this year. We tried to make the most of it.

Avery almost made it to midnight on New Years Eve, she loved her party hats and horns
I had the week between Christmas and New Years off and the kids and I enjoyed trips to Cosi, (indoor) pool and the movie theatre and did daily crafts and went sledding. It was a very fun week with lots of quality time.

Mason enjoying his first Christmas under the Christmas tree

Avery enjoyed sleeping under the Christmas tree with her Grandma and Grandpa Jones and cousins. She is already talking about next year's Christmas and asking when it will be here.

Mason's first Christmas he would rather eat the wrapping paper than open the presents

Avery and Mason we just got home from going to the community center to go swimming. Avery and Mason had a great time and Avery said it was the best pool.

We celebrated Avery's 3rd Birthday at the zoo wildlights on Saturday. All 18 of us from the Jones side and Ebright side ventured out in the crowd and the cold. It was a tad crazy but it was fun.

Avery and Mason hanging out in the back of the car while daddy ties the tree to the top.
How can you resist this. Mason has two teeth and he loves to smile and show them off. They are on the bottom blocked by his lip.

Avery thinking she is going to cut the tree down with daddy

Avery did great with Santa and Ms. Clause. Mason was just curious.

Mason helped decorate the tree in his little santa hat.

Mason on his first thanksgiving. He ate so many sweet potatoes he got a sugar high and couldn't fall asleep until nearly midnight

We have had unbelievable weather in November and have enjoyed many weekends at the Zoo. Here is Avery and Mason at the tiger exhibit.

Avery enjoying the elephants. The elephants are one of her favorite exhibits since there was a baby elephant born in March and we spent most of the spring at the zoo.

Mason had a bad week this last week. He came down with the nasty H1N1. After 5 days of tamiflu and a lot of Pedialyte, and some Xopenex breathing treatments he is doing a lot better and much happier. He gave us a scare running fevers as high as 104!

Avery got a bag full of dress-up clothes from her cousins this last past week and is so excited! She has dressed up as Sleeping Beauty, Snow White and Cinderella! She has all kinds of new jewelry and hats and even high heels! She is stylin'

We have had an unusually warm November and have even been able to enjoy days at the park and even a bike ride on the weekends! And we thought the park season ended after daylight savings since it is dark when we get home.
